Constant temperature and humidity machine
Constant temperature and humidity machine, also known as constant temperature and humidity air conditioning, constant temperature and humidity unit, constant temperature and humidity system, constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning equipment, the working system of this series of units is introduced:
Refrigerant circulation system
The liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat of the air (the air is cooled down and dehumidified) and starts to evaporate, the temperature difference between the refrigerant and the air is formed, and the liquid refrigerant also evaporates into a gaseous state, and then it is sucked in and compressed by the compressor (the pressure and temperature are increased), and the gaseous refrigerant absorbs the heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes low temperature and low pressure refrigerant and enters into the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle.
Air circulation system
The fan is responsible for sucking the air from the return air outlet, the air passes through the evaporator (cooling, dehumidifying), humidifier, electric heater (warming) and then is sent to the space required by the user through the air supply outlet, and the air sent out is mixed with the air in the space and then returned to the return air outlet.
Electrical automatic control system
Including power supply part and automatic control part;
The power supply part supplies electricity to the compressor, fan, electric adder, humidifier and so on through the contactor;
The automatic control part is divided into temperature and humidity control and fault protection part;
Temperature and humidity control is through the temperature and humidity controller, the return air temperature and humidity and user-set temperature and humidity for comparison, automatic operation of the compressor (cooling, dehumidification), humidifier, electric heating (warming) and other components, to achieve constant temperature and humidity automatic control;
Failure protection control is achieved through pressure protection, relay, overload protection and other combinations of each other, the compressor, fan, humidifier and other components for failure protection control;
Widely used in: archives, museums, data rooms, bank vaults, laboratories, data machine rooms and other environments.
