Constant temperature and humidity air conditioning installation precautions

First, the outdoor unit of constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning should be installed on a hard, flat cement platform. The outdoor unit should be far away from high temperature heat source, flammable and explosive substances, corrosive substances;

Second, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning indoor machine placed in the position of the return air and air supply within 2 metres of the mouth can not be covered;

Third, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning power supply for 3 ~ N-380/50Hz or 220V/50Hz, if the three-phase five-wire power supply, voltage requirements for stable performance, voltage deviation value shall not exceed the rated ± 10%;

Fourth, the constant temperature and humidity unit of the incoming line to use copper-core wire and cable;

Fifth, constant temperature and humidity unit of the water supply can be used is not too high hardness of tap water, not with pure water and soften the softened water is too strong, the conductivity of the incoming water to 300-500 μs/cm for the best. Water conductivity is too low current is small, humidification efficiency is slow; and water conductivity is too high current is too large easily caused by the humidifier barrel overheating, very likely to cause the humidifier barrel is burned;

Sixth, into the water pressure to 0.3 ~ 0.4Mpa is appropriate, into the water pipe need to install a valve;

Seven, constant temperature and humidity unit of the main power supply needs to be installed on an air switch;

Eight, air-cooled constant temperature and humidity unit of the indoor unit installed in the indoor, outdoor unit installed in the outdoor, indoor and outdoor units connected through the copper pipe into a closed loop system;

Nine, the distribution box should be equipped with power protection switch and fuse, constant temperature and humidity air conditioning should have a reliable grounding line, grounding line to use multi-stranded copper wire, and regularly check whether the protection is in place to ensure the personal safety of users;

Ten, water-cooled constant temperature and humidity unit of the indoor machine is installed indoors, outdoor need to install a cooling water circulation system, indoor machine needs to be connected with the outdoor cooling water circulation system through the pipeline. When installing the water circulation pipeline, it is necessary to do a good job of filtration and pressurisation to ensure that the pipeline is smooth;
